How Pakistan Got There
Pakistan reached the final after defeating Bangladesh by six wickets in the first semi-final at Nishin, Japan. Chasing a revised target of 112 in a match reduced to 13 overs per side due to a wet outfield, Pakistan completed the chase in the 12th over. Bangladesh had scored 111 for seven, led by Towhid Hridoy's 42, before Sufiyan Muqeem (3 wickets) and Arafat Minhas (2 wickets) kept them in check with the ball.
