PM Shehbaz Orders Immediate Arrest of Education Consultant Accused of Defrauding a Student’s Family
The Prime Minister directs Islamabad’s police chief and chief commissioner to arrest the suspect, as the FIA also takes notice of the alleged consultancy fraud.

PM Shehbaz Sharif orders the immediate arrest of an education consultant accused of defrauding a student’s family with fake admission and visa documents, as the FIA takes notice.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed the Islamabad Inspector General of Police and the chief commissioner to arrest an education consultant accused of defrauding the family of a 24-year-old student. The Prime Minister called the young student’s death deeply tragic and said the suspect would be arrested immediately and punished in accordance with the law.
The Allegations
The student had completed her bachelor’s degree with a gold medal and hoped to pursue higher education in the United States. Her family alleges that an education consultant defrauded them of millions of rupees by providing fake admission and visa documents. The cause and circumstances of her death remain under investigation.
FIA Takes Notice
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director Shahzad Bukhari has also taken notice of the case and contacted the family to obtain details of the alleged fraud.
Concerns Over Consultancy Fraud
The case has raised concerns about education consultancy fraud and the serious consequences it can have for students and their families.
