The Ministry of Housing and Works (MoHW) has formally launched the National Housing Policy 2025. Speaking at the launch ceremony, Minister for Housing and Works Riaz Hussain Pirzada termed it an important step towards addressing the challenges facing the housing sector. He stressed that all relevant departments and stakeholders would have to make concerted efforts for the policy's effective implementation.
Focus on Sustainable Housing
Federal Minister for Climate Change Musadik Malik stressed the importance of environmentally friendly and sustainable housing projects in the context of climate change. He said the National Housing Policy provides comprehensive planning for providing shelter to homeless people.
