Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has decided to establish stroke centers in every division of the province. She made the decision while chairing a meeting in Lahore on Monday.
Where the Programme Stands
The meeting was told that 40 Primary Stroke Centers are currently fully functional across Punjab, while another 17 centers will be operationalized by December.
Lives Saved So Far
The CM Stroke Program has saved the lives of 336 stroke patients, according to the briefing.
