MOFA Launches Fully Digital Document Attestation System
Citizens can now apply online from home, pay fees digitally and receive verified e-certificates by email.

MOFA launches a fully digital attestation system: apply online, pay fees digitally and receive verified e-certificates by email without repeated visits.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has introduced a fully digital system for document attestation, allowing citizens to apply online from home and receive electronic certificates by email once verification is complete. Applicants will no longer need to make repeated visits to the ministry’s offices to get their documents attested.
How It Works
Apply online: The applicant submits documents through the system.
Review and verification: MOFA reviews and verifies the documents and informs the applicant of the outcome.
Pay online: After the attestation process is completed, the applicant pays the required fee digitally.
Receive the e-certificate: After payment, the e-certificate is issued to the applicant by email.
Benefits
The system is expected to save citizens time and effort, make attestation faster and more convenient, and reduce queues and long waiting periods linked to the traditional process. The ministry’s move is a step towards modernising public services by expanding digital access and improving administrative efficiency.
