Pakistan Cricket Team, for the first time ever renowned Victory from South Africa 2-0 in their T20 Test Match Series on Monday.

Moreover, Pakistan has been playing international Cricket For Decades with a major impediment. Well the disability is nowhere to be seen now.

Tours of Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh or even Zimbabwe were a Milestone for the country but South African Cricket Team’s visit has been a turning point.

Drastic Changes were made in the squad by Chief selector Wasim, Luckily almost all of them were effective. Hence Wasim could not have dreamt of a better start. Moreover Head Coach Misbah ul Haq and Bowling Guru Waqar Younis will be at ease now, since both of them were under tremendous pressure while coming into the series. After New Zealand loss, another one at home would have brought them closer to the chop. Fortunately for them, the team woke up and put in a dominant display just when needed.

Hence Biggest and Toughest team to arrive on these shores in more than 12 years. And now that they are here and have finished a series,  it is there to see why bringing top opposition to Pakistan was held so much dear by the cricket board.

According to a popular saying “To be the best, you have to beat the best” which happens to be in practise for Pakistan’s Cricket Team,  A dominant win over a team of South Africa’s calibre could instill the level of confidence to Pakistan’s cricket team. Hence proving it wasn’t about money, or at least it wasn’t just that, as it was intervened with player’s growth.

However, unsurprisingly that just two matches later, a drastic change in the calibre and maturity is to be portrayed in many of Pakistan’s player. Suddenly, Fawad Alam appears the team’s bona fide man of crisis; Rizwan one of the better keepers in the game; Hasan Ali the comeback king and Nauman Ali and Yasir Shah the Wasim and Waqar of spin.

The victory in the T20 Test Match Series proves that Pakistan’s Cricket team is at its best, the disability is no more.
