Pakistani boxer Usman Wazeer has won his 19th international world-ranking fight, defeating an Indonesian boxer in a contest held in Thailand, and has qualified for the WBA Gold title. He dedicated his victory to the Peshawar Corps Commander, the Pakistan Army, and police martyrs, saying: "I dedicate my victory to the armed forces of Pakistan and the police personnel."
A Tribute to Those Lost to Terrorism
Wazeer also dedicated the win to those who lost their lives in terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, adding that the Pakistan Army had always supported him.
What's Next
Wazeer said he would announce the date of his WBA gold title fight soon, adding that he would aim to win his 20th fight for Pakistan.
