Islamabad unveils the 220-foot Yadgar-e-Fatah monument in a spectacular ceremony featuring 3D projections and musical tributes to Pakistan's Armed Forces.
A spectacular ceremony was held in Islamabad on Saturday night to unveil Yadgar-e-Fatah, a symbol of Pakistan's victory in Marka-e-Haq. The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Capital Development Authority, with Federal Secretary Information and Broadcasting Ashfaq Ahmed Khalil attending alongside senior officials and a large turnout from the public. High-achieving youth from across the country served as the event's chief guests.
A Visual Centrepiece
A major highlight of the night was a breathtaking 3D projection mapping and illumination display on the monument's structure, detailing Pakistan's victory in Marka-e-Haq and honouring the roles played by the Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Navy, and the Armed Forces in defending the country. The programme also featured musical performances by prominent singers, who presented national songs and paid tribute to the martyrs and Ghazis.

Yadgar-e-Fatah will be open to the public from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, with free tickets available through the official website, yadgarefatah.com.
