IESCO offers bill installment option to consumers

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has introduced a new initiative, allowing its customers to settle their electricity bills through installment payments.

In an official announcement, Dr. Muhammad Amjad Khan, the CEO of IESCO, instructed all company branches to extend the facility of installment-based payment plans to customers who visit their offices.

He further mentioned that customers with inquiries regarding their electricity bills can reach out to the appropriate Sub-Divisional Office, Revenue Office, or Customer Service Centers.

This step comes in response to ongoing protests against high billing by the company.
