The government of Punjab has launched the ‘Khidmat Apki Dehleez Per’ an official application to resolve citizens’ complaints and facilitate them at their doorsteps.
Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, launched the app on Monday and stated that the program will improve the delivery of public services at the grass-root level besides alleviating the concerns of the public.
Earlier, the provincial Minister for Youth Affairs, Sports, Archaeology, and Tourism, Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti, stated that the app would help to improve the drainage and cleanliness systems in the cities of Punjab, and urged the public to take maximum benefit from the program.
“We are quite upbeat that the ‘Khidmat Aap Ki Dehleez Per’ program will leave long-lasting effects on the environment of the province,” he said.
He stated that the program will improve based on the feedback of the public.
“The trend of competition will develop among all the districts through a ranking system,” he explained.
