Ishaq Dar the foreign minister and deputy prime minister arrived in Istanbul. The arrival is subject to attending the Extraordinary D-8 CFM Meeting of the D-8 Council of Foreign Ministers. Mustafa Asim Alka the Deputy Governor of Istanbul along with Yousaf Junaid Pakistan’s Ambassador to Türkiye, received the Deputy Prime Minister on his arrival in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The end to an unjustified and inhumane war on the people of Gaza will be the main agenda of the meeting. The D-8 Foreign Ministers will present their and the international community’s shared responsibility for an unconditional and urgent ceasefire.
