Iran’s president and supreme leader are “safe and sound,” Iranian foreign ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei told ABC News on Saturday. Iran’s government “system is working,” Baghaei said. Baghaei’s comments come as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that “there are many signs” that Iran’s supreme leader is “no longer with us.”
