More than 300 athletes from 10 divisions of Punjab will compete in the Winter Sports Festival, which was inaugurated on Friday by the Punjab Sports Board (PSB).

Director General of PSB Muhammad Tariq Qureshi declared the games open and all the athletes took an oath to play with sportsman spirit.

At the Winter Sports Festival, athletes from all over Punjab will compete in athletics, judo, boxing, football, badminton, and table tennis.

The games' organizers anticipated that by encouraging young people, they would also encourage Punjab's sports culture.

While the athletes marched in the gymnasium, the dancers performed a cultural dance for the audience.
