Pakistan Welcomes Over 4.4 Million Tourist-Visa Arrivals in Two Years
Pakistan recorded over 4.4 million foreign tourist-visa arrivals in 2024 and 2025, with visitors from Afghanistan, the UK and US leading.
Pakistan recorded more than 4.4 million foreign arrivals on tourist visas during 2024 and 2025, according to figures compiled by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The data shows around 2.18 million arrivals in 2024, rising to approximately 2.29 million in 2025.
Afghanistan, UK and US Lead
Afghan nationals accounted for the largest number, with around 1.22 million arrivals over the two years. The United Kingdom ranked second with approximately 1.02 million, followed by the United States with nearly 510,000.
Other visitors came from Iran, Canada, China and Australia.
The figures cover arrivals on tourist visas only and do not represent all foreign visitors entering Pakistan for other purposes.
