Gwadar Airport will remain closed on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday under a new operating schedule effective until December 30, 2026, with flight operations continuing only during specified hours on the remaining days.
The Full Weekly Timetable
Monday and Thursday: 2:15pm to 4:45pm. Tuesday: 7:30am to 9:30am, and again from 12:30pm to 2:15pm. Sunday: 10am to 1:30pm.
The Fine Print for Off-Schedule Flights
Any civil or military aircraft wanting to operate outside these specified hours must inform airport administration 24 hours in advance — a requirement that also applies to unscheduled civil and non-civil flights.
The Bottom Line
With only four operating days a week and tightly defined time windows even on those days, travelers and operators planning Gwadar flights will need to build this schedule directly into their planning through the end of December.
