SP Maaz Zafar of the Lahore division has nominated an officer named Nausheen Kanwal as SHO of the railroad police station in Mughalpura, Lahore, in accordance with the IG Railways’ vision.
The action to encourage female officers to serve in the field is unusual. According to SP Railways’ Maaz Zafar, it will boost the self-confidence of female police officers and measure their field performance ability.
