The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled the schedule for the highly anticipated tri-nation ODI series featuring Pakistan, New Zealand, and South Africa. The series will run from February 8 to 14, with matches played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and Karachi’s National Stadium.

The tournament will kick off with Pakistan taking on New Zealand at Gaddafi Stadium on Saturday, February 8, with the first ball scheduled for 2 pm (PST). The second match will feature New Zealand against South Africa on Monday, February 10, in a day match starting at 9 am.

The action will then shift to Karachi, where Pakistan will face South Africa on February 12 in a day/night match beginning at 2 pm. The final, also a day/night affair, is slated for Friday, February 14, at the National Stadium.

Preparations in Full Swing
Both Pakistan and New Zealand will train under lights at Gaddafi Stadium on February 6, while South Africa will begin their training at the historic venue on February 9.

The PCB highlighted that the series serves as an excellent platform for all three teams to fine-tune their preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. It also presents an opportunity for Pakistan to showcase its newly upgraded cricket facilities.

Venue Enhancements
At Gaddafi Stadium, upgrades include increased spectator capacity with new chairs and the installation of 480 cutting-edge LED lights to enhance broadcast quality. Two massive digital replay screens, measuring 80×30 feet and 22×35 feet, have been added, along with a brand-new hospitality enclosure for players and officials.

Karachi’s National Stadium has also undergone significant improvements, including a new hospitality enclosure at the University End and the installation of 350 LED lights for enhanced visibility. Two digital replay screens and 5,000 new chairs have been added to elevate the spectator experience.

Match Schedule

  • February 8: Pakistan vs. New Zealand (Day/Night)
  • February 10: New Zealand vs. South Africa (Day)
  • February 12: Pakistan vs. South Africa (Day/Night)
  • February 14: Final (Day/Night)

Fans can expect a thrilling contest as the three sides battle for supremacy in what promises to be an unforgettable series.
