Prime Minister Imran Khan addressed a gathering on Friday. PM Khan inaugurated three newly constructed tunnels at Swat Expressway. While addressing the  Malakand University in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, the prime minister inaugurated a new block of the varsity.

PM Khan further added that an educated  population can take a country to heights it has never reached before.

During the ceremony at the university, PM Imran said that Allama Iqbal had a vision for Pakistan, of a country leading the world by example.

“These universities are being built so that people know why Pakistan was created,” the PM stated..

“Was the purpose of its creation that a dynasty loots it?” the premier asked. “The purpose of this country was not for Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif to gain riches like Tata and Birla,” the premier asserted.

Speaking of university projects, he informed that the Al-Qadir University – in Jhelum, Punjab – will be completed in September, adding that the Namal University – in Mianwali – will be made into the ‘Oxford University’ of Pakistan.

The premier shared that making Namal University one of the best universities in the world was his dream.

“The more we spend on our youth, the more value we add to our society,” the premier said.
