Shehbaz Sharif says that the 720 MW Karot Hydro Power Project would strengthen the national grid with environmentally friendly and affordable power.
During his visit to the project’s site on Wednesday, he spoke with Chinese reporters and workers from the Karot Hydro Power Project.
According to the Prime Minister, and it is part of the CPEC project, which is located at the junction of Punjab and Azad Jammu, and Kashmir.
Shehbaz Sharif expressed his appreciation to the Chinese firm for this initiative.
Furthermore, he is saying it will not only deliver clean and affordable electricity but will also save four billion rupees.
