On Thursday, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) served notices to parties over Bushra Bibi’s plea for the security of her spouse in jail.
Aamer Farooq, the Chief Justice of the High Court, sent notices on the parties and requested their responses. Justice Farooq said, “I will order, what this court can do.”
Latif Khosa appealed with the judge to let the PTI chairman bring meals from home. “He is kept in a jail cell, where he hardly offers his prayers,” the attorney claimed. Every president or prime minister has had to visit the jails in Adiala or Attock, according to history, the attorney stated.
