Millions Can’t Access AI Chatbot or Chat History
Popular AI chatbot ChatGPT is down with a wide-scale outage, unable to access the platform or retrieve your chat history. Reports say users around the world are having trouble connecting, and service and slow loading.
The reason for the outage is not known. Possible reasons for the problem include server overload, technical difficulty, or scheduled maintenance. OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, has not yet commented on the issue.
People have been posting on social media platforms to lodge their grievances and to get updates. Updates to the situation as they occur will come from OpenAI’s status page if available and from their official social media channels.
The platform’s features have been halted temporarily and many are waiting for restoration of the service.
