On Wednesday, 19 March 2025, the exchange rate of the Saudi Riyal to PKR stands in the open market:

Buying rate: Rs 74.85

Selling rate: Rs 75.25

The SAR, the official currency of Saudi Arabia plays a vital role in Pakistan’s forex market due to strong economic ties and significant remittance flows from Pakistani workers in the Kingdom.

In February 2025, Pakistan received $3.1 billion in remittances a 3.8% increase from January and a 38.6% surge year on year compared to February 2024, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
