Rupee on the highest value of the month against the dollar

The rupee value raised 93 paisa or 0.6pc on Tuesday against the US dollar in the beginning half an hour of trade at interbank.

The Us dollar price marked at  Rs153.10 at 10:05am as compared to the last day’s close at Rs154.0379.

Meanwhile a a gain of Rs5 or 3.27pc  against the dollar has been observed in the month of March, which has taken rupee to the 22 months high trading price.
