Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch e-passport system this month to facilitate the people.
Talking to the media persons in Islamabad on Thursday, he said more ID card and passport offices will be opened in Sindh province. He said the issuance of succession certificates will be started in Balochistan from 12th of this month.
The Interior Minister said international conspiracies are being hatched against Pakistan. He said directions have been issued to the Inspector Generals of Police and the Chief Secretaries to keep an eye on the situation and take steps for eradication of terrorism.
The Interior Minister said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will emerge victorious from the current political situation. He said on the day of voting on no confidence motion, the supporters and followers of the Prime Minister will gather at D-Chowk.
Sheikh Rashid said that out of fear of accountability, the three political opponents have got together against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Responding to a question, the Interior Minister said Pakistan is not part of any bloc and it desires cordial relations with all the countries.
