According to The Jerusalem Post, Israeli opposition leader MK Yair Lapid has criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, labeling it an “existential threat” to Israel.
Addressing a press conference prior to his visit to the US, Lapid expressed concerns that the current government has undermined Israeli deterrence.
“I recently met with top administration officials in Washington. They are deeply troubled by this government: its irresponsibility, lack of professionalism, poor management, and ingratitude,” he stated.
