President Zardari, and PM Shehbaz Sharif Urge the Nation to Follow the Teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW)

Pakistan is in full celebration mode as the nation marks Eid Milad-un-Nabi, the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), on the 12th of Rabi ul Awal. Streets and buildings across the country are adorned with vibrant green lights to honor the occasion, while processions, Milad gatherings, and prayers take place nationwide.

Karachi’s MA Jinnah Road has been closed for processions, with traffic diversions in place.

Leaders’ Messages

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called upon the nation to embrace the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW), stressing the importance of unity, compassion, and justice.

President Zardari urged the nation to use the Prophet’s life as a guiding light, particularly in overcoming current challenges, while PM Shehbaz emphasized that the solutions to Pakistan’s problems lie in following the principles of love, tolerance, and social justice taught by the Holy Prophet (SAW).

Both leaders also expressed solidarity with oppressed communities in Palestine and Indian-occupied Kashmir, advocating for justice and human rights on international platforms.
