Legal trouble for the Gilani brothers! Arrest warrants issued over contempt of court and government interference allegations. Will they comply or resist?

A judicial magistrate in Multan, Shahid Hassan Mughal, has issued arrest warrants for MNAs Abdul Qadir Gilani, Ali Musa Gilani, Ali Qasim Gilani, and MPA Ali Haider Gilani over contempt of court in a case linked to interference in government affairs during the COVID-19 ordinance.

The Chehlek Police Station has been directed to arrest the accused and present them before the court. Additionally, warrants have also been issued for former MPA Usman Bhatti and 19 others. The case involves alleged violations of the ordinance and obstruction of official duties.

Court records indicate that the accused repeatedly failed to appear before the court despite multiple summons, leading to the issuance of warrants.
