The government has decided to strictly monitor officers travelling abroad on ex-Pakistan leave, including vacations, Hajj, or Umrah, through a new FIA-digitized system: officials will be issued electronic No-Objection Certificates (e-NOCs) with QR codes that FIA staff scan at airports before allowing travel, instantly flagging fake or unauthorized NOCs.
