Govt of Pakistan launch Boltay Huroof, an application that translates Urdu into Braille to help blind people during their education.
Change in social behaviour towards differently-abled persons is needed
President of Pakistan said while addressing the launching ceremony of Boltay Huroof.
This noble initiative will empower persons with disabilities (PWDs) and pave the way for the banks to better facilitate them. In Jun21, SBP launched policy framework on financial inclusion for PWDs in which banks are advised to offer special products & services, provide forms & documents in braille, facilitate through technological infrastructure & mandatory job quota for them.
Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan, Dr Reza Baqir said while addressing at the Govt launch of ‘Boltay Huroof.
