The State Bank of Pakistan assured dealers that reimbursement claims would be processed within 48 hours, with the Ministry of IT confirming a dedicated control room and helpline (9772) to handle pump-related complaints.

Minister Malik confirmed three months of funding has been allocated for the scheme, with Rs25 billion for the first month already transferred to the State Bank. He stressed close coordination among all stakeholders for effective, timely rollout.
