Micheal Ballweg, an entrepreneur, and political outsider have managed similar rallies. Furthermore, this rally was also followed through his call. Apparently, Ballweg is competing to become the mayor of the Southwestern city as well. The Police Department has filed a complaint against the organizer, claiming that no SOPs were followed. The people weren’t keeping their distance and the masks were nowhere in the scene.

Major Political Party representatives stepped up to criticize the protest. However, Saskia Esken called the protestors “Covidiots”.
