Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Program: Govt Unveils 60,000 Paid Internships

The Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Programme (BNIP) is a youth empowerment initiative launched by the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives.

The program’s goal is to provide 60,000 paid internships to recent graduates. Interested candidates should follow the processes described below to apply:

The first step is to go to the official BNIP website to learn more about the programme and its goals. Then, to create your personal account, click the ‘Register’ button. They will be required to supply basic information during the registration process.

Applicants can then access their personalized dashboard on https://bnip.gov.pk/, which contains account information and other pertinent information.

Candidates can then search through a variety of internship opportunities in many fields provided by organizations in the public, private, and development sectors.

Applicants can proceed to apply for their preferred internship programme by following the application criteria provided.

Each internship will run between 6 and 12 months. Candidates will receive both off-the-job and on-the-job training throughout this time, which will provide them with marketable skills and practical experience. A monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 40,000 will also be paid.

This programme provides a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to get significant work experience and improve their job prospects.
