Minister for Power, Sardar Awais Ahmad Leghari, emphasized the importance of expediting the completion of the CASA-1000 transmission line project during a meeting with Charge d’Affaires of Tajikistan, Shafiev Saidjon, held in Islamabad.
The minister proposed the initiation of a proposal for reverse energy with all member countries. This initiative aims to facilitate the export of surplus energy during the winter season to member countries, thereby optimizing energy distribution and utilization in the region.
