For the three days of Eidul Fitr, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has lowered domestic flight prices by 10%.

According to a PIA spokesperson, the Eidul Fitr package was revealed after Aviation Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique gave specific instructions to the airline’s CEO.

In a similar vein, Pakistan Railways declared that five special trains would run on Eidul Fitr in 2023 to assist the citizens.

On Eidul Fitr, Pakistan Railways will operate five special trains between Karachi and Lahore as well as between Karachi and Peshawar. The railway department will soon release the special trains’ schedule.

The new crescent will be born at 9:13 am on April 20 and its age will be less than 10 hours that day, according to the Ruet-e-Hilal Research Council (RHRC), making it extremely unlikely that Eidul Fitr would fall on Friday, April 21, 2023.

Eid ul Fitr 2023 will probably be observed on April 22 following the completion of the holy month of Ramazan’s 30 days of fasting, according to Mufti Khalid Ijaz.

The Shawwal moon would probably not be seen on April 21 at night, he said.

The holy month of Ramazan, when Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset, comes to a close on Eidul Fitr. Typically, family reunions, dining, and prayers are all part of the holiday celebration.
