Regal Automobiles Industries Limited has reached a groundbreaking milestone by launching Seres 3, Pakistan’s first locally assembled electric SUV, setting a new benchmark for the nation’s automotive industry.

The unveiling ceremony took place at Regal Automobiles’ manufacturing facility, symbolizing a significant step forward in Pakistan’s shift towards sustainable electric transportation. Speaking at the event, Managing Director Adeel Usman expressed his pride in the achievement, emphasizing its importance for the country.

“The launch of Seres 3 is a proud moment for us and the nation. As Pakistan’s first locally assembled electric SUV, it showcases our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and a greener future. This milestone highlights the potential of Pakistan’s automotive sector to contribute to the global transition to electric mobility,” Usman stated.

The Seres 3 is equipped with a state-of-the-art Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) and a 54 kWh lithium-ion battery, delivering a remarkable range of up to 403 km on a single charge, as per the NEDC cycle.

Additionally, the SUV supports DC fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 0% to 80% in just 40 minutes, offering both convenience and efficiency for drivers.

With its advanced technology and eco-friendly design, Seres 3 represents a significant step forward in promoting electric vehicles in Pakistan, paving the way for a cleaner, more sustainable future in the country’s automotive landscape.
