The Pakistani cricket team leaves for the five-match New Zealand T20 Series

In preparation for the thrilling five-match T20 International (T20I) series that will begin on March 16 at Christchurch’s Hagley Oval, the Pakistani national cricket squad has formally left for New Zealand T20 Series.

The 16-member team departed Lahore via Dubai on their route to New Zealand T20 Series, where they will play the Blackcaps in what is expected to be a fiercely competitive series, according to a statement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). A number of cricket players received their first call-up to the national team, and the lineup has a blend of seasoned players and exciting fresh talent.

Fresh Vitality and Young Blood

Hassan Nawaz and Abdul Samad, two young players, have made their debuts on the national team. Given that the T20 World Cup is approaching later this year, their selection is perceived as a component of a larger initiative to bring new talent to the national team.

Vice-captain Shadab Khan expressed his enthusiasm with the squad’s makeup before to the departure:

“A lot of young players have been added, and they offer a fresh, upbeat vibe. We want to succeed in New Zealand, and we have great expectations for the newcomers. They have a fantastic chance to display their skills on a large platform.
