Pakistan takes top spot in World Test Championship after WI-India Test tie

Pakistan has taken the lead in the ICC World Test Championship standings as India, their closest competitor, was unable to secure a victory in the second Test against the West Indies in Trinidad. Unfortunately, heavy rainfall caused the entire final day of the match to be washed out, resulting in a draw.

This outcome meant that India had to settle for a shared result in the final Test of their series against the West Indies, marking the end of their 100 percent win-loss record in the new World Test Championship campaign.
