In honor of the nation’s brave son and the youngest winner of Nishan-e-Haider, Pilot Officer Rashid Minhas Shaheed, the Pakistan Air Force has published a little documentary on the 51st anniversary of his martyrdom.
On August 20, Rashid Minhas pilot Flight Lieutenant Mati ur Rehman’s evil plans to hijack his training plane T-33 and take it in the direction of India.
Rashid fought to regain control of the plane, but in the end he preferred to bring it down before it crossed the boundary.
The brave son of the soil willingly gave up his life but did not allow his nation’s honor to be compromised.
