Mufti Muneeb meets Mohsin Naqvi and Talal Chaudhry, urges immediate resolution of issues

Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman recently led a delegation to meet with Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry in Islamabad. The meeting focused on addressing urgent national issues and fostering cooperation between religious leaders and government officials.

Meeting Highlights

During the discussions, Minister Naqvi commended Mufti Muneeb and fellow religious scholars for their ongoing efforts to maintain peace and stability across the country. He assured the delegation that their concerns would be carefully reviewed and resolved promptly.

Committee Formation

It was agreed that a committee would be established under the leadership of Minister Talal Chaudhry, with Mufti Muneeb and other religious figures as members. This committee is tasked with developing practical recommendations to address the issues raised during the meeting.

Emphasis on Unity

Minister Naqvi highlighted Mufti Muneeb’s respected status and his dedication to promoting national unity and solidarity. He emphasized the message that “we are all one and Pakistan comes first.” Minister Talal Chaudhry also acknowledged the valuable contributions of religious scholars to the nation.

Prayers and Participants

Mufti Muneeb ur Rehman offered special prayers for Pakistan’s integrity, development, stability, and prosperity during the event. The delegation included notable figures such as Allama Liaqat Hussain Azahri, Mufti Abid Mubarak Al-Madani, and Malik Muhammad Ibrahim. Senior officials like Federal Interior Secretary Muhammad Khurram Agha and Islamabad Inspector General Ali Nasir Rizvi were also present.
