Prime Minister Imran Khan has recently inaugurated the Monsoon Tree Plantation Campaign 2020 in Kahuta.
He has himself put special emphasis on the importance of preserving plants, afforestation and agenda to make Pakistan green again. He has also talked about the adverse impacts of global warming and climate change and for that he claims that preservation of national parks and forests is an important initiative. Pakistan has a lot of fertile area that has a potential of forestry and wildlife, which majorly is a labor intensive task. This Monsoon task will generate employment and the livelihood of locals that can prove to be a paramount in the given times.
