Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has unveiled plans to introduce electric buses in Lahore during the inauguration of the remodeled Shahdara Metrobus Station.
Inspecting the facilities at the station, the Chief Minister commended the quality of construction work. She was briefed by the Secretary of Transport, who highlighted that over 176,000 individuals utilize the metro bus service daily.
Additionally, it was noted that a dedicated ticket counter for women has been established at the Shahdara metro bus station, marking a significant step towards enhancing accessibility and convenience for female commuters.
