Economic and Trade Ties to be Expanded With All Countries of EU

Speaking at a dinner at Bucharest, in the honour of Parliament of Romania and the members of the European Parliament. Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan was keen to say that Pakistan is adamant about the expansion of economic and trade ties with the members of the European Union. Furthermore, the foreign minister said that the partnership of the European Union and Pakistan is on the next level.

However, the desire to promote economic relations with Pakistan was also expressed by the members of Parliament of the European Union and Romania. Foreign Minister, also told that immense opportunities for investment are created within an emerging market of 200 Million people.

Talking to the community of Pakistan later on, Foreign Minister said that overseas Pakistani’s can now participate in policy making of the country as they have been given voting rights. Furthermore, saying that Pakistan is focused to promote and increase exports to European markets.

The Trade and Cultural Exhibition Hall in the Pakistani Embassy of Bucharest was also inaugurated by the Foreign Minister during his visit. The goods imported from Pakistan will be displayed in the hall, during exhibitions. Along with the portrayal of the soft image of Pakistan and Tourism.
