ISLAMABAD – Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland, currently on a five-day visit to Pakistan, is scheduled to hold crucial talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar at the Foreign Office in Islamabad today.

The primary agenda of their meeting is to explore and discuss various avenues to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and the Commonwealth. Both leaders aim to identify and expand on areas of mutual interest, fostering stronger ties and collaboration between Pakistan and the 56-member Commonwealth of Nations.

Secretary-General Patricia Scotland’s visit underscores the Commonwealth’s commitment to deepening its engagement with Pakistan.
