A significant turnout marked the participation of numerous individuals at the “EuroVillage” festival organized by the European Union in Islamabad today.
This year’s festivities revolved around the theme of co-creating a sustainable future, aptly titled “Stronger Together – Sustainable Forever.”
The event underscored the robust ties between the European Union and Pakistan, spanning areas such as development, trade and investment, culture, education, environment, and various other sectors.
In its fifth edition, EuroVillage welcomed residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi to immerse themselves in European sustainability, offering an afternoon filled with cultural experiences, music, and diverse culinary delights.
Live performances by Pakistani artists, including Farhan Saeed and Quratulain Balouch, added to the vibrancy of the event.
A tangible symbol of this collaborative partnership was the EU-Pakistan Dosti truck showcased at the festival, seamlessly blending the renowned Pakistani truck art with European symbols and designs.
