The Houthi fighter group, recently carried out an attack on a US-owned tanker ship by launching two anti-ship ballistic missiles. Fortunately, the missiles hit the water near the vessel, resulting in no injuries or damage, as reported by the US military to Reuters.
This incident adds to the escalating tensions in the Red Sea, causing disruptions in global trade and triggering concerns about potential supply bottlenecks. The attack occurred at approximately 1800 GMT, according to a statement from the US Central Command posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
