Targeting Gaza’ future, Israel bombs schools, hospitals as 3,900 children martyred

In recent developments, the health ministry in Gaza reported that 9,488 Palestinians have lost their lives in Israeli strikes on Gaza since October 7. This includes 3,900 children and 2,509 women, with an additional 24,000 people injured. Shockingly, 70% of the victims are children, women, and the elderly. The health ministry also received reports of 2,200 people missing under the rubble, including 1,250 children, since the start of the aggression on Gaza.

Gaza's Jabalia refugee camp has been bombed again in the third major attack on the site in the past week.

In addition to the human toll, the health infrastructure has been severely affected, with 150 health personnel killed and 27 ambulances destroyed, rendering them out of service due to Israeli aggression. Israel has also been accused of deliberately targeting more than 105 health institutions, leaving 16 hospitals and 32 primary care centers out of service due to targeting and fuel exhaustion.

Tragically, the situation in Gaza remains dire, with continuous airstrikes causing destruction and casualties. The targeting of a United Nations school in Jabalia refugee camp resulted in at least 12 people killed and over 54 wounded. The exact circumstances and responsibility for this strike are yet to be confirmed.

The conflict in the region has triggered protests worldwide, with many calling for a ceasefire. Despite international appeals for peace, the situation continues to be a humanitarian crisis.
