Late on Sunday, A Soldier of the Pak Army embraced Martyrdom. Due to a terrorist attack on a check post of the Frontier Corps near Hoshab area of Kech district.
Furthermore, Sepoy Asad Mehdi was martyred in the incident said the spokesman for Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR).
According to the Spokesperson a check post had been set up near Hoshab for the security of N-85 Highway. He added that the members of the security forces insulated the entire area to arrest fleeing terrorists and a search operation had also been launched.
No group has affirmed responsibility for the assault.
Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid termed the attack as “a cowardly attempt of anti-state elements”. He promised to make an example out of the terrorists involved in the attack. As he Condemned the incident.
The Soldier was laid to rest with full military honour. The funeral was attended by Commander of 13 Riffles, Lieutenant Colonel Sohail Mansoor, along with other officials.
