Soldiers Martyred in North Waziristan Operations

Military Media Wing stated on Thursday that In North Waziristan tribal district Three Pakistan Army Soldiers were Martyred in an exchange of Fire with militants. Moreover they also mentioned that another soldier was martyred in a shootout with Indian army from across the Line of Control (LoC).

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) mentioned in a statement that Two intelligence-based operations (IBOs) on the terrorist refuge Area in north Waziristan were conducted two suspected terrorists were killed in the the breakout including an improvised explosive device expert in the first incident.

During the encounter three sepoys were shot dead identified as Martyr Azaib Ahmed resident of Karak, Martyr Zia Ul Islam resident of Bannu and Martyr Naik Abbas Khan, Resident of Orakzai District. This comes after two day, two soldiers were martyred and three others wounded in a terrorist attack on a security check-post in the Speenwam area of North Waziristan.

Moreover following the second incident ISPR stated that on Thursday, Indian army Initiated  “unprovoked ceasefire violation” along the LoC in Dewa sector.  It is mentioned that during extreme shootout Sepoy Nabeel Liaqat, aged 28, a resident of Gujar Khan, embraced martyrdom while responding to the Indian ceasefire violation.
