A high-level team headed by the defense minister traveled to Kabul and met with acting deputy prime minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar amid deteriorating relations between the two nations as a result of an increase in terror strikes by the TTP, which has its stronghold in Afghanistan.

The high-ranking team will meet with Afghan officials to discuss security-related issues, particularly counterterrorism strategies, according to a statement released by the Foreign Office on Wednesday.
