The University of Karachi is now accepting applications for the academic year 2024. They are allowing students to apply online for various undergraduate programs. These programs are available in the morning.
Some of the programs you can apply for are BS, B.Ed (Hons), B.E., Doctor of Pharmacy (in both morning and evening), Doctor of Physical Therapy, and the Department of Visual Studies (in the morning).
If you want to apply, you can find all the information you need, like eligibility requirements and the admission form, on their official website at http://www.uokadmission.edu.pk.
The last date to submit your admission forms and required documents is November 08.
They’ve also introduced a new four-year BS degree program in Sports Business Management.
You can also apply for four-year degree programs in departments like Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Applied Physics, Biotechnology, Business Administration (BBA), B.E. Chemical Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science (BSCS and BSSE), Criminology, Education, Environmental Studies, Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, International Relations, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Petroleum Technology, Special Education, Sports Business Management, B.Ed (Hons) Teacher Education, and Visual Studies.
They are also offering admissions for Doctor of Physical Therapy (a five-year program) and Doctor of Pharmacy (also a five-year program) in both morning and evening.
To apply for the four and five-year bachelor programs in the Department of Visual Studies, you need to have at least 50 marks in your Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent exams. If you have a diploma, you should have at least 60 marks to be eligible for the department’s aptitude test on November 19. The admission list will be out by December 12.
For those applying to the Doctor of Pharmacy program, you should have at least 60% marks in the pre-medical intermediate examination or equivalent exams.
If you are looking for self-finance or reserved seats, you need to pass the entrance test to be considered for admission.
The entry test for BS first-year admissions will happen on November 26, and the admission list will be published by December 03. This test will be conducted by the Karachi University Assessment and Testing Service.
Admissions for open merit BS programs will start from December 17.
